Since July 1, 2026, any professional offering energy renovation work (energy savings or renewable energy production), whether through advertising or on their website, must refer to the public service France R\u00e9nov&#039;.<\/p>\n<p>The decree of July 7, 2026, published in the Official Journal of July 31, has, since October 1, established the sentence to be reproduced word for word:<\/p>\n<div class=\"formula\">\u00abBefore you commit, the public service provides free information to help you prepare and secure your project: www.france-renov.gouv.fr\u00bb<\/div>\n<p>The message must be legible or audible, distinct from advertising, and never &quot;altered, concealed, veiled, or separated by other information or images.&quot; This applies to both subsidized and unsubsidized projects: campaigns for heat pumps, external thermal insulation, photovoltaic systems, or insulated windows and doors fall within the scope, regardless of whether they originate from a tradesperson, a national network, or a platform connecting professionals with contractors.<\/p>\n<p>The sanction is in the law itself: an administrative fine of up to \u20ac15,000 for a natural person and \u20ac75,000 for a legal person, imposed on the findings of the agents of the DGCCRF, without a trial.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"supports\">Media by media: ads, landing pages, flyers<\/h2>\n<div class=\"chg\">\n<div class=\"ch\"><span class=\"n\">1<\/span><div><h3>Online: Google ads, Meta, display<\/h3><p>The message must be displayed &quot;at the same time as the promotional message&quot; and be clickable to link to the public service. A Google Ads text ad does not allow the insertion of a second link: in practice, compliance depends on the landing page, which must display the banner upon arrival, and on the meta or display visuals, where the phrase can appear within the creative.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"ch\"><span class=\"n\">2<\/span><div><h3>Website offering the work<\/h3><p>The redirect link to France R\u00e9nov&#039; is required by law, regardless of any paid advertising.
